Jumentra is a two sides online platform where supply and demand of animal transport come together. On the one hand, there are providers of (livestock) cargo who are looking for a suitable transporter. On the other hand there are providers of empty vehicles, which are looking for a cargo (livestock). Jumentra serves as a link between the two sides and brings the animal husbandry and livestock transport companies in contact with each other.

No, Jumentra works in all modern browsers and on all smartphones and tablets.

Your details and files will be SLL encrypted both to and from your browser. They are also saved fully encrypted in the database of Jumentra and on our servers.

There are several things you can do when certain parts of the website don't work properly.

1. Make sure the Internet browser you are using is up to date. 

 If the website is not working properly, check if there is an available update for your browser.

• Enter the requested information
• Choose a password
• Click "Sign up for Jumentra '

After you have finished the steps, you are automatically logged in and can start immediately.

When you create an account on Jumentra you will be prompted to enter a password. The password is your personal access to your account. We recommend that you use at least one capital letter and one special character in your password, to protect your account as well as possible.

As soon as you become aware or have reason to suspect that your password has come into the hands of others, we recommend to change your password as soon as possible.

After you have created an account, we will send you a username and password by mail. You need this details to log in at the website.

After registration you will receive your access information per e-mail from the e-mail address: info@jumentra.com. If it isn't in your inbox, check your folders. If a spam filter or email rule moved the email, it might be in the Spam, Junk, Trash, Deleted Items, or Archive folder. 

When you want to change the current password of your Jumentra account, log in and go to your own profile. Click here to go to your account page.

Click at the button 'Edit my profile'. Your contact information is visible. In the right column you can change your password. Enter your new password twice ('New Password' and 'Repeat Password').  

After that, click on the 'Save Changes'-button.

When you click on one of the advertisements (freigths and/ or transports) to see contact details you are using 1 credit. Every subscription model offers another amount of credits (per month).

There are different ways to pay:

iDEAL, Visa,  Meastro, MasterCard and Direct Debit. 

Choose the desired payment method.  

If you can not find the right offer at the Jumentra database that meets your search, you can add your own offer.

Do you have a load (livestock) or an empty truck and want to offer it at Jumentra, you can do so by placing an advertisement. Placing an advertisement is only possible when you have created an account on the website. Do you not have an account yet? click here and create an account.

Placing an advertisement of your current supply (livestock freight or empty truck) is free of charge. With Each subscription you can place unlimited numbers of advertisements. 

No problem, we will do that for you. Look at the question: 'What information do I need to place an ad?'. Send the requested information by email or call us. We will be happy to help you!

There are two different things you can create an advertisement namely; choose if you want to place an advertisement for an anvailable livestock freight or an available empty truck. 

Data which are necessary:
- Departure date
- Arrival date (is not required)
- Place (name of the town/city, postalcode, province, region or country)  

Advertisement Livestock Freight
- Livestock Type
- Amount
- Eventual notes

Advertisement Empty Vehicle
- Truck Type (truck, semi-trailer, combi)
- Surface in m² (is not required)
- For what kind of livestock is the vehicle certified?
(cattle, calves, pigs, piglets, goats, sheep, horses, poultry, other (general cargo, etc.))
- Eventual notes

We do not screen our users in advance. Anyone can place advertisements in the Jumentra database. Users, however, always have the right to not cooperate with other users. Naturally we take complaints about one of our users very seriously. We will examin them and we will delete accounts of users who abuse our platform.

No, our system is build in a way that you can also enter regions, provinces or even countries. The actual address of the location of your freight doesn't have to be communicated through our website. We only provide the contact details. As a user of Jumentra, in this case a farmer/ trading company, you always have the right not to give away this information.

We believe Jumentra will not influence the price of livestock transport. The user of Jumentra, in this case the livestock transporter, is fully in control of his own price. Other Livestock Transporters have the same right to offer there services for a suitable price. Also, in our opinion everyone in the industry understands and will act on the price performance ratio.
